Simple application

If the person is interested in the position, they provide basic application data (first/last name, telephone number, email address and CV).

Transfer to system

Applications from the employee referral program are automatically transferred to beesite, assigned to the relevant vacancy and made available to the responsible colleagues with details about the source.

Pay out bonus

When a candidate is hired, the new status is reported to the employee referral program to trigger the bonus payment. That completes the process in both systems.
